Mark is the president of the firm Schneiter & Moad, CPAs, PC. Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Mark and spouse Judie have been residents of Alaska since 1982 and enjoy traveling around the world and around our great State. Mark is an avid skier and golfer and participates in volunteer events within the golfing community. He is a certified public accountant with over forty years of experience. Mr. Schneiter has served as president of the Alaska Society of CPAs on two occasions, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and has chaired the Professional Education and Taxation Committees for the Alaska Society of CPAs. He has lectured on tax-related topics for the CPA Society as well as other accounting organizations. He has served as an adjunct professor of tax and accounting for the University of Alaska and was Alaska's representative at liaison meetings between CPAs and the Internal Revenue Service at the local, regional and national levels. He has earned the Distinguished Service Award from the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
