Ciesta coordinates training programs designed to lead to employment and successful re-entry into the community of individuals who were previously incarcerated. Consequently, she works both with clients to improve their job skills and with businesses willing to hire employees with criminal records who are re-entering the workforce. Ciesta has many years of experience in teaching and in prison reentry programs, beginning with her earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a Master of School Administration degree in Supervision and Administration.
